Unexpected moments and friendly faces
Our stay was enriched by a warm welcome and friendly staff like Deepa at reception, who went out of her way to ensure our reservations were perfect.
The breakfast experience was lacking, with lukewarm dishes that didn't quite match our expectations, leaving us a bit disappointed in the dining department.

Gorgeous beachfront property with very, very nice and amazingly great staff from the waiters at breakfast. Stunning good location, in really well presented gardens. Close to the restaurant for breakfast, evening meal and Gala Meal, the centre of Candolim, and Candolim beach which is very clean.
Breakfast messy.

Excellent hotel with great location in the centre of Candolim in the Candolim Beach district. Nice building and rooms with clean modern bathrooms. Early check-in, generally great service. Nice pool to relax in too.

Had a delightful stay for our golden jubilee school reunion celebration, no complaints. The offered breakfast was above average and particularly nice with a mixed offering.

Breakfast had enough options to satisfy various palates.
We had to intervene with Bookings.com to finally get the right rate. The restaurant service was slow. The waiter asked us to fetch our own salt from another table. The overall quality of food was disappointing, and it reminded me of a significant waste of money for the suite we booked.

Breakfast was rich and good. Service was excellent.
Maintenance of the sanitary and electrical systems is inadequate.

The hotel was a bit expensive but our double room was great, very clean, had a nice bed, and the bathroom was very clean. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very kind and helpful.
The only bad thing was that there was no Wi-Fi access in the room; only at the bar and pool. In addition, it was not free to use Wi-Fi, despite the somewhat expensive room rate.

I liked the easy access to the beach.
Not much of a view from any of the rooms except two directly facing the beach. I did not like that I was promised garden view and all the iew I got was of the neighboring vacant yard! None of the rooms can offer any garden view.
